These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HarmonyDesk website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you input into HarmonyDesk, including information about your clients and cases. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to store this information in HarmonyDesk and to share it with us for the purpose of providing the Service.

HarmonyDesk may integrate with third-party services such as calendar providers, email providers, or payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or how they handle your data.

We will treat your non-public data as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the Service, except where disclosure is required by law or you give us permission. You agree to treat any non-public information about our systems, security, or pricing as confidential as well.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmonyDesk and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
