You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

4. Client and Case Data

You are solely responsible for the content you input into HarmonyDesk, including information about your clients and cases. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to store this information in HarmonyDesk and to share it with us for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, plan details, and billing intervals are described on our pricing page or in your order form.
Fees are typically billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may change prices upon reasonable notice, which will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Third-Party Services

HarmonyDesk may integrate with third-party services such as calendar providers, email providers, or payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or how they handle your data.

7. Intellectual Property

HarmonyDesk, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat your non-public data as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the Service, except where disclosure is required by law or you give us permission. You agree to treat any non-public information about our systems, security, or pricing as confidential as well.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmonyDesk and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your subscription remains unpaid, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where HarmonyDesk is formed, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
